Suppanut leads the Customer Excellence Team at ABACUS digital, where he is responsible for both the customer service unit—including chatbot and live chat agents—and the operations unit. Over the past eight years, he has played a transformative role in shaping the company’s customer experience strategy. Starting as a junior team member, Suppanut built the chatbot system from the ground up, integrating technology and data insights to streamline support and scale operations as ABACUS grew.

 

Under his leadership, the chatbot and chat support teams have evolved into a high-performing unit that solves complex customer issues with empathy and efficiency. His approach blends service design, automation, and human touch—ensuring that every customer interaction reflects ABACUS digital’s mission to create meaningful impact through technology.

 

Earlier in his career, Suppanut was a fellow with Teach for Thailand, where he supported over 200 students, building foundational skills in empathy and communication that continue to guide his work today.

 

Suppanut holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
