We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to oversee procurement and vendor relationships across IT, non-IT, and outsourcing services. You will lead the full vendor lifecycle - from planning and selection through contracting, onboarding, performance monitoring, and facilitating NPL portfolio sales.

What you will do

​

• Conducting market research to identify and evaluate potential vendors, outsourcing agencies (OAs), and asset management companies (AMCs) based on criteria such as industry experience, service offerings, pricing, financial stability and regulatory compliance

• Leading sourcing processes including summarizing requirements, issuing RFPs, securing NDAs, and collaborating with teams to select suitable vendors, OAs and AMCs

• Negotiating favorable contract terms including pricing, SLAs, metrics and termination clauses; working with legal on drafting and compliance

• Onboarding vendors, OAs and AMCs through system access, risk assessments, and communication channel creation

• Monitoring delivery schedules, quality, cost-effectiveness across vendors, OAs and AMCs; resolving any performance issues

• Overseeing due diligence and sales processes for NPL portfolio transfers to AMCs, including documentation, contracts, agreements and approvals

• Ensuring all vendor, OA and AMC relationships and NPL sales align to business goals and growth objectives

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong analytical abilities

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with legal and contract drafting processes

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a similar role.
