We’re working to create and build new ways for everyone to access finance and have a real chance at a better life, and we’re looking for a full-time UX Writer to help us create those products and opportunities at ABACUS digital

What you will do

​

• Join a cross-functional team to develop a thorough understanding of how our customers think of their finance and goals

• Design, write, edit, test and improve content in applications and communicate to customer

• Develop systems, standards, and workflows to improve the ways we work as a content team and collaborate cross-functionally

• Collaborate with design to create user journeys and product narratives that meet users where they are and guide them to where they want to go

• Translate complex ideas into clear, concise content to make personal finance easy to use

• Keep mood and tone of all products on all platforms

 

What we look for

​

• Experience working with product managers and UX designers

• Experience with content standards and best practices for application and direct to customer message

• UX writing and communication skill

• Working knowledge of the design process and general UX design principles

• Comfortable to work in multi-project fashion in start-up environment

• Have understanding in personal finance is a plus

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles
