Chief Product Officer

"Good products solve user problems. Great products do it painlessly."

Chutima leads Product Management, UX Design, and User Research Teams at ABACUS digital in the effort to understand user and business needs, design products to solve user problems, and work with cross-functional teams to make them a reality.

 

Prior to rejoining ABACUS digital, Chutima spent three years in the Silicon Valley working as a growth data scientist at Wealthfront and as a data scientist working on marketplace incentive design at Lyft. Before moving to the US, she was a part of the founding members at ABACUS digital in the Product Manager role building a digital lending platform for e-commerce merchants.

Prior to ABACUS digital (first time), Chutima worked as an economist at SCB EIC. Her research experience spans the field of development economics, especially in microfinance and behavioral economics.

 

Chutima holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Lafayette College and an economics Ph.D. from Duke University.
