This role exists to architect the company’s capital structure and long-term growth story. Unlike a traditional finance role focused on historical reporting, you will focus on future value creation: managing the end-to-end fundraising process, driving IPO readiness, and evaluating inorganic growth opportunities (M&A/JVs). You act as the bridge between our internal business performance and external capital markets.

What you will do

• Lead the financial preparations for listing on local or foreign exchanges, ensuring compliance with public-grade reporting standards and robust internal controls. 

• Oversee the company’s fundraising activities and optimize the corporate legal and financial structure. 

• Develop and manage complex financial models to support business forecasting, strategic initiatives, and data-driven problem-solving. 

• Prepare executive and board-level presentations regarding capital strategy, valuation, and IPO milestones. 

• Monitor financial performance, industry dynamics, and market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making. 

• Evaluate debt and equity investment opportunities, including M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. 

• Perform deep-dive financial analysis to provide senior management with the necessary intelligence for critical business decisions.

What we look for​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 

• Direct experience in leading IPO readiness and preparing for listing on local or foreign exchanges, or managing the regulatory reporting for a foreign-listed entity. 

• 5-8 years of professional experience, with a preference for candidates from equity research, investment banking, or an in-house Strategic Finance function. 

• Technical expertise in TFRS 9 / IFRS 9 is an advantage. 

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple complex projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

• Strong data-driven mindset, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights for senior management.
