What you will do

• Lead and develop marketing strategy to achieve business goals. This task includes

  • Competitor analysis

  • Marketing channel strategy

  • Marketing budget optimization

  • Marketing plans and campaigns 

• Drive marketing plan execution for both online and offline 

• Co-develop campaign with partnership team to drive partner acquisition volume

• Track, monitor and prepare analysis on marketing performance on a regular basis and provide suggestion

• Lead projects as assigned and collaborate with both internal and external teams including special projects 
   

What we are looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in marketing or business development

• Experience in planning, developing, and implementing marketing activities 

• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures

• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Thai 

• Able to work in cross-functional team environment 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Strong people management skills
