Management Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer

Tubkwan Homchampa, one of the founding members of ABACUS digital, currently serves as the Management Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer. He has played a pivotal role in driving the company’s key milestones, including leading successful fundraising rounds of over THB 1 billion during 2021–2022 from top-tier regional venture capitals—demonstrating strong investor confidence in the company’s leadership team and future-ready business model.

Prior to assuming the organization’s top leadership role, Tubkwan served as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing corporate strategy, finance, and HR. He was instrumental in the company’s major milestones, including winning the Prime Minister’s Awards 2024—the highest recognition from the Thai government, and being named on Forbes Asia’s “100 to Watch 2023” list. He also championed the company’s organizational culture, positioning ABACUS digital as the only Thai tech startup to receive the Future Trends Awards 2025 as a top employer for tech talent—affirming the company’s success in both business growth and sustainable people management.

Before joining ABACUS digital, Tubkwan served as senior vice president at SCB’s Economic Intelligence Center, taking lead in business advisory for corporate clients in telecom, media, transportation, and utilities sectors. He also has risk management experience, having worked on setting SCB’s risk appetite and thresholds at SCB’s Risk Analytics Division. Prior to joining SCB, Tubkwan was an investment banker in equity capital markets (ECM) unit at J.P. Morgan Singapore. He helped the firm reach #1 on regional ECM league tables in 2008 and 2009, raising more than US$10bn.

Tubkwan is a recipient of the prestigious King’s Scholarship. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Yale University and a Master's degree in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
