Jantrapa serves as the Head of People & Organization at Abacus Digital, where she helps guide efforts in people management, talent development, employee experience, and overall organizational growth. She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals and believes that people can achieve exceptional outcomes by recognizing their potential, challenging their limitations, and embracing a growth mindset.

With deep and sustained experience in human resources, she specializes in organization development, performance management, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and corporate culture. Throughout her career, Jantrapa has worked across a range of industries, including global manufacturing, fashion jewelry, oil and gas, real estate, and financial services.

She holds a Ph.D. (scholarship) and a master’s degree with honors in Human Resource and Organization Development from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA), and a bachelor’s degree in French language with first-class honors from Thammasat University.
