Akradit currently leads the Collection function at ABACUS digital, where he focuses on building a data-driven and technology-enabled collection operation to improve recovery performance while maintaining a responsible customer experience. Leveraging his background in product platform development, he drives automation, experimentation, and scalable systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making within the collection organization.

Prior to this role, Akradit led the development of the company’s central platform solutions, supporting multiple business functions including internal operations and the core mobile app platform. His work focused on building robust infrastructure and automation capabilities that enable teams across the organization to operate more efficiently and deliver a seamless experience to customers.

Before joining ABACUS digital, Akradit served as a Product Owner in the Global Analytics and Insights team at Shell plc headquarters in London, where he helped develop analytical solutions that generated tangible business value through cost optimization and operational improvements. He also contributed to Shell’s APAC Regional Supply Chain team, managing aspects of the company’s product portfolio.

Akradit holds both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Riverside.
