What you will do

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners  

• Setting up accounts for new users  

• Supporting and monitoring security software issues 

• Performing OS patch management  

• Purchasing of IT peripherals and inventory management 

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary  

• Maintaining records of software licenses 

• General IT Support 

 

What we are looking for

• This position is open to all graduates  

• Having experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. 

• Knowledge of Computer Networking, WiFi and cabling 

• Proficiency in Mac/Windows/Linux OS 

• Having experience in inventory management process 

• Good written and verbal communication 

• Preferable – Experience in Security software i.e.. McAfee DLP, TrendMicro  

• Preferable – Experience in Microsoft suite i.e.. Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, or Microsoft 365  

• Having experience in IT Support 1-3 years
