Head of Lending Operation and Collection

​What you will do

​

As the Head of Lending Operations and Collection, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing lending operations and collection unit. Your responsibilities include:

​

1. Overseeing Lending Operations:

• Lead and oversee overall lending operations and collection to ensure monthly targets are met.

• Drive effective process improvement in operations and collection including litigation, and portfolio sales for both outsourced and in-house units based on business and operational requirements.

2. Performance Review and Strategy:

• Regularly review monthly performance and set effective operations and collection strategies to achieve target.

• Use data-driven approach to forecast and optimize budgets.

• Maintain a working knowledge of industry challenges and opportunities

3. Compliance and Stakeholder Management

• Ensure 100% compliance with relevant regulations.

• Handle customer complaints effectively to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

• Source and build relationships with other stakeholders and potential business partners.

What we are looking for

We seek a candidate with the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience in lending operation or collection, preferably within the financial industry.

• Experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.

• Confident decision-making and clear communication at all levels.

• Ability to align the right people with the right duties and keep them engaged with proven track record of managing successful teams.

• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and a focus on innovative ideas.
