Employee Experience Specialist

About this role

As Employee Experience specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing internal strategic programs focusing on improving team culture and employee engagement that will enhance employee experience, as well as driving internal communication and building employee branding for ABACUS digital.


What you will do

Translate Engagement & Culture Strategy into Action

  • Analyze engagement feedback result, highlight opportunity area, identify specific engagement strategy and work on engagement framework to set up engagement annual plan to improve employee workplace experience throughout employee centric lifecycle.

  • Proactively work with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement plans and activities into business within timeline.

  • Ensure the engagement plan and process strengthen bonds and improve communication and collaboration between colleagues and management

  • Go to person for other engagement and culture practices. Implement culture engagement program ensuring the alignment to company’s vision and core values

  • Support People & Organization operation activities including Health & Well-being initiatives and employee activities

Drive People Internal Communication

  • Plan and manage all communications related to employee experience and engagement activities to employees and management

  • Oversee all People related internal communications including planning, creating, writing designs and posts compelling contents ensuring attractiveness and effectiveness with clear information in timely basis both online and offline channels

  • Drive active participation in all communication channels and activities

Build up great employer brand

  • Organize forums and events in the way that create excellence employer brand awareness

  • Develop communication campaigns by coordinating with key stakeholders and working collaboratively with business to support the talent recruiting strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement through social media, events, and other channels.

  • Drive recruitment marketing and branding campaigns and supporting Talent Acquisition team

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years working experience in employee engagement or relevant area 

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and presentation skills

  • Great planning and organizational skills 

  • Good leadership skill in collaboration and empathy 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both Thai and English 

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • A positive upbeat attitude 

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once 

  • Proactive; able to self-motivate, work independently, and use own initiative with limited guidelines.
