Collection Supervisor

​What you will do

​

  • Plan and execute collection in-house team to drive collection performance and optimize expenses through digital and non-digital collection channels to meet the target

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of collection agents and other collection tasks

  • Monitor, lead, train and evaluate the collection performance from each collection agent, each channel, analyze, and propose actions to achieve target

  • Use data-driven approach to perform an ad-hoc analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot performance

  • Monitor and control to ensure collection activities comply with legal and company guidelines

  • Handle customer disputes and complaint professionally to maintain positive relationships

What we are looking for

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in collection or consulting roles

  • Best time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset

  • Comfortable in a fast-­paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation

  • Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication at all levels

  • Strong ability to work with full autonomy and little direct oversight
