Affiliate Marketing Manager

What you will do

  • Lead the growth of user/loan acquisition by managing and optimizing campaign from affiliate network, agent models and referrals 

  • Work to continuously to optimize and scale our campaigns 

  • Optimize retargeting campaigns to maximize full-funnel performance 

  • Partners with product, engineering and data science to create tools to manage channels at scale 

  • Monitor and report on program performance across multiple partners 

  • Ad-hoc analyses to diagnose and troubleshoot performance 

  • Design and execute experiments to improve program performance 

  • Partner with in-house creative team to develop creative asset variations for testing and strategize with in-house engineers on automation initiatives 

  • Lead projects and collaborate with both internal and external teams including special projects 

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing-related fields. Experience in affiliate marketing, agent models or referral program is a plus. 

  • Experience in data-driven marketing. SQL, Python or R coding skill is a plus 

  • Experience in experimentation with A/B testing and translating data into insights  

  • Experience in planning and implementing media plan/tools is a plus 

  • Experience in mobile marketing analytic tools is a plus 

  • Experience in Data Science/Analysis for Marketing with Python or R coding skill is a plus 

  • Able to give input, evaluate and recommendations on investments in MarTech 

  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities. Able to identify and simplify problems. 

  • Able to communicate in both English and Thai effectively 

  • Able to work in cross-functional team environment 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
