We are looking for a Facility and HSSE Management Officer to oversee daily facility operations and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to maintain a safe and efficient workplace. What You'll do

​

• Handle daily facility operations, working with stakeholders and building management.

• Serve as safety committee secretary, preparing topics, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-ups.

• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations to keep the office in top shape.

• Manage facility hygiene and environmental quality by coordinating necessary inspections and services with external providers.

• Optimize space usage and manage office moves when needed.

• Ensure cleaning, temperature checks, and general upkeep are done properly.

• Assist in health, safety, and compliance efforts, including audits and reporting.

• Arrange training sessions and promote awareness of health and safety protocols within the company.

• Implement security measures to protect people and assets.

• Conduct HSSE risk assessments, oversee emergency response plans, and recommend company policies related to these risks to enhance workplace safety and compliance.

• Support environmental efforts, like energy-saving and waste management

What we are looking for

​

• At least 2 years of experience in facility operations, workplace safety, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Basic knowledge of HSSE regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

• Good organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to analyze risks and recommend workplace policies to improve safety and efficiency.
